Enter topic of interest in either the Books & Media tab or the Articles tab. Then use choices in left column of result list to display only full text e-resources.
On the library home page, use the Books & Media tab to to search by author and title. Example of a book search:
Bonhoeffer, Dietrich. The Cost of Discipleship. New York: Macmillan, 1959.
To locate an essay in a book, search for keywords in the title of the book and the editor's last name. Using the author and title of the essay is less reliable. When you have located the book, use the page numbering in the citation to find the essay. Example:
Alexis-Baker, Andy. "Unbinding Yoder from Just Policing." In Power and Practices: Engaging the Work of John Howard Yoder, edited by Anthony G. Siegrist and Jeremy M. Bergen, 147-165. Waterloo, Ont: Herald Press, 2009.
On the library home page, use the Articles tab to to search by author and title. Some articles will have links to full text. Others will have options for obtaining print copies. Example of a journal article search:
Isaak, Paul John. "Health and Healing as a Challenge to Christian Ethics and Diaconal Ministry of the Church." Black Theology 1, no. 2 (May 1, 2003): 161-173.
Book reviews are are written by respected scholars and are published in academic journals.
On the library home page, use the Articles tab to to search by author and title of the book. This search will produce a list of reviews of Zimmerman's book.
