This guide exists to serve the work of the Intercultural Competence and Undoing Racism (ICUR) team at AMBS in its efforts to reach the AMBS strategic goal of becoming "an anti-racist and multicultural institution."
AMBS Librarians regularly search for materials that will inform anti-racist pedagogy at AMBS and enliven conversations about race and culture. This guide is one way for librarians to organize and share collections of materials related to these topics.

As the maintainer of this guide, I feel it's important to disclose that I occupy a position of intersectional privilege in society. Though I strive to be an ally, my perspectives are undoubtedly shaped by my privilege. I particularly welcome feedback from persons of marginalized identities about ways I can improve this guide. --Karl
