Reciprocal borrowing

AMBS participates in several reciprocal borrowing arrangements with its partner libraries. Individuals affiliated with these partners may apply for a community borrower card.

Private Academic Library Network of Indiana

Students and faculty affiliated with PALNI libraries should present their campus ID / library card from their home institution for automatic borrowing privileges. PALNI patrons do not need to complete an application.

Academic Libraries of Indiana

Students and faculty affiliated with member institutions of Academic Libraries of Indiana should present a photo ID and an ALI reciprocal borrowing card completed by the home library. ALI patrons will need to complete the AMBS library card application form.

American Theological Library Association

Students and faculty affiliated with institutions in ATLA's reciprocal borrowing program should present a photo ID and evidence of affiliation. ATLA patrons will need to complete the AMBS library card application form.
